DIRECTIONS TO PILATES AND MORE We are located five minutes off of the Blue Route / 476 (Exit 13). Travel west on Route 30 (aka Lancaster Avenue) for 2.4 miles. Pass through 2nd light after 'heart of Wayne.' Adolf Beiker is on the corner as you turn left onto Gallagher Road. Pilates and More is in the 2nd building on the right. The building is surrounded with parking and the entrance is on the right side – towards the back. Call for more detailed directions, backroads, shortcuts and many options to avoid traffic on Lancaster Avenue.
